John Ferringer launched a great SharePoint centric search site called Search For SharePoint powered by the Google custom search engine[1].

Search For SharePoint currently filters down over 1000 sites all to do with SharePoint and can be added as an search option for Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0.
